Free online PDF & photo tools, no uploads required

SiapinData.com is a collection of free online PDF and photo tools for users in Southeast Asia, including a document readiness checker and PDF page organizer. All files are processed directly in the browser — not uploaded to the server — so they are suitable for personal documents such as KTPs, diplomas, transcripts, CVs and formal CPNS photos.

Privacy without uploading

The files remain on your device. Processing uses the browser and local libraries, without sending documents to the server.

Free without an account

No additional sign-ups, subscriptions or apps required. Open the tool, select a file, then download the result.

Ready for CPNS & applications

Target photo 100 KB, crop 3:4, PDF maximum 1–2 MB, as well as ZIP bundles for multiple files.

  1. Select a tool. Compress PDFs, reduce photos, merge, split, or use Document Kit.
  2. Select files. PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP formats according to tool type. Maximum 20–30 files per batch.
  3. Process & download. Set the available options, run the process, then download a single file or ZIP.

For document packages, Document Kit guide the preparation of CPNS files or combine CV, portfolio, transcripts and certificates. Before uploading, use Check Documents to check sizes, ratios, and formats; tidy up the page order with Organize PDF Pages.

Frequently asked questions about SiapinData

Are my files uploaded to the server?

No. SiapinData.com processes files directly in the browser using JavaScript, canvas, pdf-lib, and pdf.js. Your files are never sent to the SiapinData.com server.

Is SiapinData.com free and does it require an account?

SiapinData.com is free and without an account. You can immediately open the tool you need, select the file, then download the results.

What file formats are supported?

SiapinData supports PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Some tools limit the number of files, for example 20 photos at a time or 30 images to make a PDF.

How do I reduce photos to 100 KB for CPNS?

Open the Reduce Photo tool, select the 100 KB (CPNS) preset, then select the photo. SiapinData will reduce the quality and resolution gradually until it approaches the target. For formal photos, use Crop to Ratio 3:4 before or after.

Can PDF text still be selected after compressing?

Light and Medium modes preserve PDF text. Strong Mode converts the page to a JPEG image, so the size is smaller but text cannot be selected.

Can SiapinData be used on a cellphone?

Yes. The SiapinData display is responsive for cellphones and tablets, and supports individual and ZIP downloads in modern browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.

What if the PDF is password locked?

Password protected PDFs cannot be processed. Delete or unlock the PDF password first, then re-upload the unlocked file.

Does processing history save file contents?

No. History only stores metadata such as file names, before and after sizes, tools used, and processing time in your device's localStorage. The contents of the file are not saved.

How do I check CPNS documents before uploading?

Open Document Check, select CPNS/SSCASN, then add the file and determine the type. SiapinData checks size, 3:4 photo ratio, format, number of pages, and unreadable files. All checks run in the browser.

Can I change the page order of a PDF?

Yes. Go to Arrange PDF Pages, select the PDF, then use the up, down, rotate, or delete buttons. Once finished, download a new PDF with the page order already arranged.
